Our office hours

We kindly ask you to pay the remaining amount via bank transfer within 10 days before your arrival. The tourist tax can be paid at the reception desk (cash or with credit card).

On weekdays, from Monday to Friday, our reception desk is open from 8.00 until 12.00 am. During the weekends, on Saturday and Sunday we are available upon request or always among WhatsApp.

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard), and cash.

On your arrival day, your apartment will be available from 3.00 p.m. On your departure day, we ask you to leave the apartment by 9.30 a.m. so that our staff can clean it for the next guests.

Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to request an early check-in or late check-out (for a fee).

If you have not checked in online, please bring your documents to reception (including children’s documents) as soon as possible to complete the guest registration which must be done within 24h after the arrival.

The parking for our guests is situated approx. 40 metres from our Eden Apartments: Follow the street, turn left after the first bend, and you will find our parking spaces (with signs) next to a house with blue shutters. Only the parking space for apartment no. 10 is situated in front of the entrance. You can stop in front of the entrance to load and unload your luggage. If you would prefer to park your car indoors, you can use the Silbernagel car park at the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm lift, about 1km from our apartments, and then reach us by public transport.

We care about the environment and ask our guests to help us to protect it by separating paper, plastic, metal, glass, and residual waste, which you can leave in the special bins in front of the entrance, near the fence.

Your dogs are welcome here, but we kindly ask you not to leave them alone in the apartment. Please bring a blanket or a dog bed with you for hygienic reasons. There are numerous walks that start directly from our apartments’ doorstep, perfect for you and your dog. If you would like to use public transport, such as buses or lifts, remember that the use of a muzzle is mandatory.

Dogs have a surchge of 20,00 € per day.

Your apartment will be equipped with towels, bed linen, and cloths. For stays longer than a week, you can ask for fresh bed linen and change it yourself.

If you need bathrobes, you can get them for a charge of €10.00 per person/stay.

Upon request, we offer a midweek cleaning of your apartment for a fee of €40.00, not including the kitchen. You can request it at reception and we will organise the cleaning for you.

You will find a laundry behind the reception office. In the morning, it is used by our cleaning staff, but you can use it in the afternoon or in the evening to wash and dry your own laundry. Just let us know at reception and we will provide you with tabs for the washing machine and charge you €10.00 for the use of both machines.

During the peak season, you can contact the tourist doctor in Kastelruth if needed. During the rest of the year, you can contact a family doctor in Kastelruth or Seis am Schlern. Ask at reception to get more information.

NEW: The GUEST PASS will only be issued digitally. If you have already checked in online, you should have already received this from us by email, otherwise we will be happy to print it out or send it to you again. Children (from the age of 6) and adults can travel free of charge on all South Tyrol public transport (buses, trains) with the pass. The Seiser Alm Bahn and the buses on the Alm are excluded.

Important: The QR code must be validated for every bus ride.

During the winter season, the sauna is open every day from 4 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., while it is only switched on upon request during the summer season.

In front of the entrance to our apartments, there is a room with a white, locked door where you can leave your skis and bikes. For the safety of your own equipment, please remember to always lock the door.

Turn on: by pressing the round button on the screen, under the Samsung logo.
Select a channel: with the arrow keys or the number combinations.
Radio: press the “DEF” button or the musical note button at the top right of your remote control.
SAT: the automatic SAT reception has been switched off. Simply switch it on with the red power button on the remote control.

Note: Please do not make any programme changes on the television. To exit the television menu, just press EXIT.

There is a safe and accompanying instructions in the closet of your bedroom. Please ensure you leave the safe empty and open upon departure.

All the apartments and common areas are non-smoking. We kindly ask you to smoke on the balconies or in the small outdoor lounge on the ground floor.

Children under the age of 12 cannot take the lift alone and must always be accompanied by an adult. In the event of fire, do not use the lift.
