As soon as we get your booking enquiry, we will provide you our IBAN for the deposit payment of 30% of the total cost and further information.

The balance payment should be done within 10 days before your arrival in order to confirm your stay. You will get automatically our Welcome-Mail with further details.
The city tax for teenagers and adults of 14 years and older will be 3.00€/day, which will be credited automatically on your final hotel bill.
In addtion, we would like to point out that the layout of the rooms and the size of the individual apartments is subject to change. Nevertheless, you are welcome to express your wishes, regarding balcony view etc. We will do our best, to prepare you an unforgettable stay.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
The apartments are ready for you at about 3 p.m. To offer you the most flexible way to arrive without a hurry, check-in is also possible later, because we will send you the necessary information and pin code in advance. If you have not completed the online check-in before your arrival, we ask you to show the IDs/passports (of all fellow travelers) at the reception desk to send you the digital Guest Passes straight away. On your departure day, we ask you to put the waste (recycling and residual waste) in the rubbish bins right next to the fence and to leave your apartment clean by 9.30 a.m. Thank you! |
Payment methods
You can pay by debit card, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Eurocard), cash (cash limit: 4,999.99 Euro), or bank transfer.
We kindly ask you to pay the total amount within 10 days before your arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code does not apply – however, we are willing to apply the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellations made within 31 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
- For cancellations made between 30 to 8 days prior to arrival, 30% of the booked services will be charged (the deposit will be retained).
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 100% of the booked services.
- In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the amount due for the days booked will be charged.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance when booking so that you can enjoy a completely carefree holiday and avoid any unpleasantness.
